Saturday, March 8, 2008
ELIQG National Quilting Day featured Guest Teacher/Lecturer Michele Scott, award winning quilt artist who specializes in teaching, lecturing, designing, creating one-of-a-kind hand-painted fabrics, machine-work and embellishments. Michele presented two half-day and/or full day workshops and a midday lecture, and members presented several half-day workshops.
Morning Classes were:

Whether it is novelty fabric, a large print or just a piece of fabric you couldn't resist, we will make a lap-size top from it in just three hours! Beginners will love this class for the quick cutting techniques; the more experienced quilters will love the ease, speed and fun of finishing a quilt top.
